 Frank roams the ruins of cities scrounging loot for trade. He can sometimes be found riding a motorcycle or horse. Has been known to have a trained podog as well. The Restorationists are loose allies of his as well as the Brotherhood of thought, though he has joined neither group.

 this guy was my first PC to live for any period of play, created in '83. He is still alive.
